Over the past 20 years, I have worked in different management and executive positions, gained experience of leading major projects and organizations, and been successfully involved in numerous change management programs.

My functions at SAP have included Vice President, General Manager, and authorized company representative at executive level.

I have been providing coaching and consulting services for managers in large and medium-sized companies since 2006.

My main focuses are:

• Mentoring managers
• Providing support for project, crisis, and
  change management tasks
• Developing leadership competence
• Helping managers avoid burnout

My leisure activities include:

• Spending quality time with my family
• Playing a leadership role in a Free Church community (FeG)
  
• Traveling – preferably with our RV
• Music (guitar, bass, singing)
